Courses traverse the streets, woodland and reserves of this quiet Palmerston suburb. Expect a mix of street and bush navigation including along the Palmerston escarpment greenbelt. On the moderate and hard courses checkpoints may be positioned in the bush on contour features such as spurs and gullies and point features. There will be many sections of good running but there may also be long grass and hills on some parts of courses.
