You won’t get bored on these courses with the area including woodland, monsoon forest, grassy flats and mangrove fringes. Even some rocky areas and also lots of world war 2 relics. Great views of the City.
Beware!!! The maze of mountain bike tracks. Don’t loose your place on the map whilst on a track. Bring a compass for Moderate and Hard courses. Also recommended for Easy to improve your compass skills but not essential.
The start is at the main picnic area. This National Park has midges and mosquitoes - make sure to bring repellent!
