Sunday, 24 March 2024
Come join us for Sunday morning foot orienteering courses at East Point, which is a lovely bushland reserve maintained by City of Darwin. All welcome. The orienteering courses cater for a range of abilities, including newcomers. Easy, moderate, short hard and long hard line courses are offered, making the most of East Point’s history and varied vegetation to keep things interesting.
This event uses the MapRun app for calculating elapsed times - participants will carry their mobile phone with the MapRun app installed, as well as carrying a 'punch' card to manually record checkpoint visitation.
A compass is essential for the hard courses, byo or hire available.
